My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I expected a bit more comfort. The service was a mix of friendly and accommodating staff but lacking empathy in some situations. The location in Doral is decent, close to the airport but not much to do around. The dining was good but nothing extraordinary. The facilities were satisfactory, could be improved in some areas.
